Crust:
1-1/2 cup of flour
some salt
some sugar
stir.
add:
1 cube of butter cut in chunks
smash them in
add: 4-6 T cold water
stir up and pack into a ball
refrigerate 30 min
Filling:
6 eggs
2 cups of spinach chopped
an onion chopped and sauted
a handful of grape tomatoes
a half of a carrot grated
a few hefty dashes of season salt
pepper
half cup of grated mozzarella
half cup of milk
some basil
Beaten all up in a bowl
divide cold pie dough into two balls. one ball is twice the size of the other
roll out the big ball and line a pie pan
pour in the egg mixture
roll out the smaller ball into a top crust and lay it on top
secure the edge decoratively with fork tines.
cook at 350 or 400 for 30 or 40 minutes
egg should be cooked and the pie should be steamy and juicy
served hot and sprinkled lightly with McCormick's Grill Mates Mesquite Marinade Powder.

Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Loin
(Pork wrapped in pork and stuffed with pork and apples roasted in apples with apple chicken gravy)
This was so succulent, tangy, and savory!
Everyone needs to make it. If you cant make it ask your loved one too do it for you. You NEED to taste it!
I'll have to post the recipe later. I just ate 2 big slices of mine and now I need to bask in the memory assuming a more horizontal position.
